Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for used items or orders placed with incorrect sizing.
Sizing Responsibility
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct nail size before placing an order.
Please refer to our Size Guide carefully before purchasing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
– Your order number
– A clear photo of the item
– A brief description of the issue
We will do our best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
– Used nail tips
– Opened adhesive products
– Items damaged after delivery
– Orders with incorrect sizing selected by the customer
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Lost Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Nashe Holic Nails is not responsible for delays or losses caused during transit.
If your package appears to be lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. You are also welcome to contact us for assistance.
